Generally each session will take 75 - 90 minutes.  We will TEXT your REALTOR when we are finished.

We are based in St Albert.  Our SERVICE AREA includes Edmonton, St Albert, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Fort Saskatchewan, Sherwood Park and surrounding communites.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept e-Transfers as our preferred payment method, but credit cards are also welcome.

Who edits your photos?

Brian Macleod edits the photos.  Our photos are edited so that the consumer will not be surprised when they enter the property.  We strive to match the existing colour and lighting. This also results in you getting back the photos sooner.

When will I receive my photos and iGUIDE?

For morning photo sessions, you'll typically receive your photos and iGUIDE by late evening. Afternoon sessions are usually delivered by noon the next day.

Do You Offer Video Services

Generally, we do not, however, we will make exceptions.

Do You Offer Drone Services

Question: Do you offer drone services?  Answer: We currently do not offer drone services, as most of our work is within city limits where drone use is less impactful. However, we continually evaluate its value for future offerings.

Absolutely! We carry $2 million in Errors and Omissions Liability Insurance, giving you complete peace of mind.
